Harmony Yoga and Wellness Center is located at 2227 Idlewood Road, in Tucker Georgia.  Harmony has been in business since 2003 and recently move to Tucker from Decatur.  We offer yoga, meditation, tai chi, Middle Eastern belly dance classes and workshops in a wide variety of areas.  Our instructors have years of experience and work well with students at all levels.  Click on the Services button above to see a list of services offered.  Click on Therapists to see the list and contact information of our skilled Wellness Specials.

Harmony has the only sensory deprivation tank in a five-state radius. (Click here CoreRelax website).  Our wellness specialists range from Naturopathy to Interface Theraphy, and one of the most experienced Astrologers in           Atlanta area.  We have Colon Hydrotherapy and your choice of massage styles

We are open seven days a week for therapy sessions, workshops and yoga classes.  You can sign up for a yoga class and pay for your class using the "Passes" tab above.   If you are interested in one of our services you can schedule your session and pay on line using the "Services" tab above.

                                                 Yoga for Every Body                                                                    


Harmony offers yoga for the body with special needs.  Think you cannot do yoga, think again.  Svaroopa yoga is restorative and gentle.  Maybe you have been in an accident and your body needs special attention, Svaroopa is the yoga for you.  Yoga is the best way to balance body and mind by using stretches (assisted stretches in Svaroopa) to relax and open those areas that have become chronically tight.

If you have an active body Core Yoga might be more suitable for you.  Core yoga strengthens the core not by tightening it but by opening the body for more flexibility.  A relaxed core allows the body the freedom to use the muscles for flexibility while using the bones for strength and support.  Core yoga offers challenge and relaxation together.  By bringing the body to relaxation after a pose and breathing, the student is reminded that blood circulation literally brings the body to life.  In this way we are aware of the benefits of communicating with the body through sensation.

At Harmony Yoga is a spiritual path, not an exercise, although yoga certainly will relax and open tight areas of the body.  The practice of yoga was developed  6000 years ago. The asanas or poses are designed to open the body so sitting in meditation can become a practice.  Yoga literally means Union of the Body and Mind.  A yoga practice of asansa and breath-work can guide your spiritual path toward heightened awareness and Enlightenment.


Whatever your area of stress, Harmony is sure to have a therapy or class to help you unwind and relax.  Stress in the body and mind is a serious health hazard.  It is a known fact that stress is the cause of most dis-ease in the body so treat yourself or by a gift certificate for a friend or relative.
