Svaroopa® style Yoga (678) 570-8314
"This style of yoga teaches different ways of doing familiar poses, emphasizing the opening of the spine by beginning at the tailbone and progressing through each spinal area. Every pose integrates the foundational principles of asana, anatomy and yoga philosophy, and emphasizes the development of transcendent inner experience, which is called 'svaroopa' by Patanjali in the 'Yoga Sutra'. This is a consciousness- oriented yoga that also promotes healing and transformation... New students find this a very approachable style.” - Yoga Journal
Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced yogi looking for a deeper experience, Svaroopa® style Yoga will guide you into the awareness of your Self. Through the support of props, you will release deep-seated tensions and leave the class feeling blissful and fresh with clarity.
Svaroopa® yoga was developed by Rama Berch, R.Y.T., the founder of Master Yoga Foundation. She was also the founding President of the Yoga Alliance, the national organization that provides support, standards and recognition for yoga professionalism. Since then, she has taken her sinyasa vows and now is known as Swami Nirmalananda Swaraswati. She is the spiritual leader of the Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram in Pennsylvania.

Core Yoga (678) 481-9540
Core Yoga is a way of experiencing a body that is both strong yet flexible. Core applies challenging poses but also allows the student to experience quiet spaces to breath between the poses to receive the benefits and feel the body respond with blood flow and relaxation. The object of Core Yoga is to have a student fully appreciate and experience the body, learning to listen to the bodies communication through sensation. By combining guided meditation with the poses, Core Yoga sends a message that being still is as important as the movement. When the breath is added to the pose more blood flow is rushed to the tight muscles helping to relax and energize the body through yoga practice.
