Finally, we have finished (with a few small exceptions) our new website. It is powered by a very new software program designed for Yoga Studios. We are now able to offer more services in a state of the art program. Students and clients can now pay on line, scan their personal yoga card in each class, see if their card is expiring or just see how many classes they have left on their card. Come and take a class.

Harmony offers Svaroopa Yoga to support the body and bring deep opening. When the body opens the mind benefits also. An open body and mind together bring flexibility and open us to a feeling of Unity between our physical and energetic being.

Here we are approaching the beautiful fall season. Change is what seasons are all about so Pat and I decided we needed a change. We are using a whole new software system to bring our community of students and clients together. We would love some feedback on what you are viewing here.
